Payment methods
We accept Visa and Mastercard through a secure hosted payment link issued per order. Card details are entered on the payment processor's page — never on this website and never sent by email.
Bank transfer and local e-wallets are also available on request. Invoices are issued by Global Bio Research Limited, Hong Kong reg. no. 80091900.
Packaging & cold chain
- Every vial is wrapped individually and seated in moulded foam to prevent glass-on-glass contact in transit.
- Lyophilised powder is stable at ambient temperature for the duration of domestic transit, so no ice pack is required for standard orders.
- Insulated packing with gel packs is available on request for multi-vial or long-haul provincial orders.
- Outer packaging is plain and unbranded — no product names appear on the exterior.
- Every parcel includes a packing slip listing batch numbers; certificates of analysis are emailed on request.
